Intersectional Therapy, Person of Colour, Queer

and Neurodiverse Therapy

As a queer, neurodiverse person of colour, I have faced many experiences that inform how I navigate the world. This uniquely places me to be able to help people with multiple intersections, hold all those intersections in mind, and understand how they might affect you in your daily life.

I've found that by holding all this, I often immediately build deeply trusting relationships with my clients from the first session. This usually means that we get into deep work quite quickly, and hopefully, you feel the benefits of therapy that much quicker.

Neuro-diverse Therapy

Neuro-diverse therapy is a type of therapy that recognises and celebrates the unique strengths and abilities of individuals with neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia.

This approach focuses on empowering individuals to develop their coping strategies and embrace their differences as strengths rather than weaknesses. In a safe and supportive environment, neuro-diverse therapy can help individuals with neurological differences to thrive and reach their full potential.
